#WCW WAG CRUSH WEEKLY 12/6 - JULIA SPRAGGS
Our WAG crush this week is Julia Spraggs, wife of minor league hockey player, Riley Spraggs of the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs (based in Roanoke, VA).
This Brazilian Italian beauty moved to the US as a teenager. She met her husband Riley in college; they both attended Lindenwood University in St. Louis and majored in Kinesiology. Julia and Riley are both strength and conditioning coaches in the off season! Follow their business Spraggs Performance on insta @spraggsperformance for hockey strength and conditioning programming, science and evidence based Performance Nutrition, and online personal training. She is currently working on her Master's and blogging all things hockey life, pregnancy, relationships and more on the hockey nomad. The sweet couple is expecting a baby girl any day now!
