Our WAG Crush this week is the beautiful Brittany Ross, wife of professional baseball player Robbie Ross Jr. (Texas Rangers, Boston Red Sox).
Brittany's beauty is beyond skin deep. A self-proclaimed free spirit and lover of humans, she is a certified yoga instructor and founder of nonprofit organization Mission 108. Mission 108 is "Advocating with the marginalized, empowering the vulnerable, partnering with the willing, and focusing on Human Rights for the survivors of Human Trafficking and the extreme poor." In 2017, human trafficking and slavery is still a reality, and millions of vulnerable people fall victim each year across the globe. CNN recently released footage of the slave trade in Libya which has since gone viral. It's people like Brittany and her team who are brave enough to tackle the problem head on, and go beyond a heartfelt social media post. She is more than worthy of our WAG CRUSH crown. The couple felt called to do something greater with the platform they’d been given as a MLB family and influencers in their community. Along their journey God opened the door to fighting human trafficking and loving the extreme poor. Whether it was seeing the reality of poverty and those that live on less than a dollar a day or the darkness of modern day slavery, their hearts have been undone. Brittany has been traveling the world, serving the poor, and investigating the eradication of modern day slavery for the past several years.

I'm Allison. My husband Adam plays baseball for the Cleveland Indians (MLB). I currently work at Lululemon and one of my main hobbies is working out (I run and do a lot of Soul Cycle).
I am originally from Dallas, TX and my husband and I met in college at UCLA. We both love wine & shopping (especially shoes!). We have a GIANT German shepherd named Maximus who, of course, travels with us and sleeps in the bed with us. 😜 We stay in most of the time and love having our friends over to our house for dinner- my hubby is an amazing cook!
